Have you ever stopped for a few minutes to notice how your inner conversation “goes”? How is your “charla” (as my Latin American friends would say) with yourself? Is it an animated, positive, “forward and forward” conversation, that supports and cares for yourself all the time, or is it a heavy conversation, that charges and leaves your body all congested with tension? Are you listening to your Soul or your EGO?
If the answer is the second option, know that there is a way to turn this awful game around, but for that, the focus must be 101% directed to the following little words: SELF LOVE and STRENGTH OF WILL. To say that it is easy to deprogram the internal “executioner” of years that doesn’t support itself in almost anything, (on the contrary, it charges itself and judges itself in everything), is not easy, but these magic words are the antidote to so much cortisol. They are an end with a capital B to a gray, negative, and unenchanted reality created by a “simple” chat.
Allow yourself to observe yourself, and the “usual” conversation turns into an “interview” full of whys, and the answers start to appear, the chips start to fall, and, in fact, reality starts to change, because self-love starts to blossom.
The essence, until then suffocated, starts to gain space, and now it is able to stretch out, even making internal stitches, the size of the “noise” it makes. More elongated, it awakens its faithful squire, intuition, and through it, the soul gains an incredible channel of communication with us, and the reign of the internal executioner, from that moment on, begins to be destroyed day after day.
The internal comrade is born, who starts to see everything with eyes of good will, with eyes of “we are here to learn”, with eyes of “respect your time, respect your body”. The words of the dialogue, before acid, harsh, hard, become sweet, tender and sensitive, in a dynamic of nothing is by chance, everything has a reason.
Of course, in some moments the executioner will still want to “show off”, but he will be quickly caught and will no longer be able to sneak around, to dominate the day, the mood, and the humor. The inner comrade will have more say, and intuition will support him in beautiful insights, full of wisdom and coherence.
The chat now goes like this, “support me, embrace me, discover me, value me, love me and celebrate me much and for everything, because I am deserving of all the abundance in the world, in all areas of my life.” And may this wonderful dialogue be perpetuated in your daily life, in my daily life, in the lives of those around us, in a magnificent virtuous circle!
